#1 Discount Realtor in West Michigan... In the Grand Rapids area, it is estimated that there are over 300 real estate brokerages. We are currently in the
top 10 of all local real estate brands and #1 in the Discount Realtor category.
There are 4 mega-size firms:
Coldwell Banker, Greenridge, Re/Max and Five Star.
Rounding out the top 10 are Prudential, Exit, Smith Diamond,
JT Henderson & Associates, Independence, and Century 21. When we passed Century 21 in business volume (Summer 2007), we
realized we were gaining substantial market share.
More importantly, we were selling homes.
In fact,
we found that home sellers had a 41% better chance of selling their home when they used our discount program, rather than
using a traditional, commission-based agency.
In December 2006, The Grand Rapids Press featured our company in
an article entitle "Internet Changes the Game". The Internet continues to change the way people buy
